Psyllium husk - tiny but very reliable
The husks of the small, reddish-brown seeds should be given a great chance. The psyllium husks in combination with Hildegard's Bertram root are clearly good. Eat half a teaspoon of this first thing in the morning.
Sources are not necessary!
The use of psyllium herb is part of the traditional wealth of experience, especially in Western Europe. Psyllium husks are obtained from the fruits of the plantain with the Latin name psyllium - i.e. flea.

Noticeably different
The combination with Hildegard's favorite plant, Bertram, results in an excellent synergetic effect that should be used for natural intestinal care.
Psyllium seeds are characterized by their enormous swelling capacity and the high fiber content of their seeds. As soon as you put them in liquid, the seeds develop gentle mucilage and swell up to 30 times their volume. The ground psyllium husks are preferable to pure psyllium seeds, as the fiber-rich, swelling properties are increasingly found in the outer husks.

Psyllium husks - small but mighty
. It may have a somewhat funny name, but you shouldn't let that put you off: psyllium seeds, or rather psyllium husks, are a useful addition to your diet. From us you get very special psyllium seeds because we have added a little Bertram to the tiny shells - Hildegard von Bingen's favorite plant. The combination creates a unique synergy that you can use for natural intestinal care.

Swelling instead of jumping
The psyllium seed is full of good fiber and swelling substances, which are mainly found in its shell. That's why you'll find pure psyllium husks here - with an extra bit of bertram root.
The reason why we only use the peel and not the entire fruit is because of the different swelling behavior.
Psyllium husks can bind water five times as well as whole psyllium: their swelling capacity is around 40, that of psyllium only 8, because most of the mucus-forming sugars are in the outer shell. The positive properties are based primarily on the excellent swelling properties - so we also chose psyllium husks instead of the whole fruit.
Since the beneficial substances in psyllium are in dissolved form, they are particularly well tolerated, even by sensitive people. By the way: If you suffer from celiac disease (gluten intolerance), psyllium or its husks are a wonderful replacement for the gluten protein - if you bake your own bread, use the tiny plant to bind the moisture in the dough while baking.

Our psyllium seeds are made in raw food quality and are pure nature!
• full of good fiber
• strong swelling ability
• nourishes the intestines in a natural way
• natural product in raw food quality

This is what you should keep in mind when consuming the shells:
Due to the ability to bind a lot of water, you should consume the psyllium seed shells with enough liquid , so that they don't remove too much water from your intestines. To do this, add a spoonful of psyllium husks to about 100ml of water and drink the mixture. Afterwards it is advisable to consume a second glass of water. It's best to consume our psyllium husks with Bertram first thing in the morning.
25 to a maximum of 30 g of psyllium husks per day are recommended. To do this, drink two to three liters of water or tea per day.
