ASHWAGANDHA: KNOWN FROM AYURVEDA

The Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera) is also known as "sleeping berry" or "Indian ginseng" and is firmly anchored in Ayurvedic tradition. Ashwagandha is one of the so-called adaptogens and can help our body to adapt to certain situations - like plants in nature. Because they usually grow under adverse conditions such as enormous temperature fluctuations.

Ashwagandha by Pure Encapsulations® contains 25 mg withanolides per daily serving (2 capsules). Like all plant extracts from Pure Encapsulations®, the ashwagandha extract is also standardized and tested for 70 different plant protection products, among other things. This ensures that the products are free of any pesticide residues.
