Recommended intake:
Take 1-2 capsules daily with water at mealtimes. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.

Note:
As a precaution, women are advised not to use Pycnogenol during the first three months of pregnancy. Due to a lack of safety data, children under 6 years of age should not take Pycnogenol. It is advisable not to take Pycnogenol too late in the day, as some people may then have difficulty falling asleep.
