Pylopass ™ MONO capsules, for the dietary treatment of Helicobacter pylori infections, contain the patented active ingredient Pylopass ™. This active ingredient, derived from a natural lactic acid bacterium, is used against the stomach germ Helicobacter pylori and consists of the bacterial strain Lactobacillus reuteri DSM17648. This strain of bacteria is inactivated and thus acquires special binding properties, which also make it resistant to gastric acid. The lactic acid bacterium Lactobacillus has the ability to bind to Helicobacter cells in a matter of seconds without affecting the natural intestinal bacteria. Those of this unique Pylopass™ -lactic acid-bound bacteria are excreted with the stool.
