The chewable drops are best taken before meals; they are easy to chew and swallow. The soft jellies have no fishy taste or smell. They are sugar-free.
Recommended daily dose for children aged 3-10 years: 1 soft chewable jelly per day, preferably before meals.
Recommended daily dose for children 11 years and older and adults: 2 soft jellies to chew per day, preferably before meals.
