Recommended intake
Six sprays per day between meals. One spray contains 4.2 mg of ubiquinol.
100 ml ≈ 720 sprays = 4 months (The 2024 catalog recommends 8 sprays, but based on customer feedback, this has been adjusted to 6 sprays.)
Tip: One spray containing 4.2 mg ubiquinol, when processed as a liposomal spray, corresponds to 26 mg ubiquinol, with a bioavailability factor of 6.2. Six sprays thus provide 156 mg in the daily dose. For the same desired effect, only 1/6 of the active ingredient needs to be ingested thanks to the liposomal technology. (100 ml of product contains 30 mg/ml Q10. Considering the density of our emulsion and the purity of the raw material, 4.2 mg of Q10 is contained in 0.14 ml, i.e., per spray.)

The optimal storage conditions for sealed Q10 Ubiquinol are cool and dark (max. room temperature 17-20°C or in the refrigerator). The product has a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacture (best before date). Once opened, we recommend storing the product in the refrigerator (5-7°C). Shake well before each use.
