The acai berry is dark purple to black and grows in the Amazon region on the bushes of the acai palm (Euterpe oleracea) at a height of around 20 m. The berries are harvested by hand. Ingredients: 100% acai fruit powder* (99.6% acai puree*3, 0.4% lime juice*)
Preparation recommendation
Add approx. 1 teaspoon (3 g) of powder to 250 ml of liquid daily, e.g. fruit juice or soy, oat, almond, rice or coconut drink. The acai powder goes wonderfully in smoothies, muesli, desserts, yoghurts and baked goods.
