Preparation recommendation:
Raab organic broccoli powder is ideal for green smoothies and vegetable juices, salad dressings, soups and much more. For a smoothie, stir approx. 2 tablespoons (12 g) of the powder into 500 ml of liquid; this will change the nutritional values given here. The powder is also suitable for coloring pasta, cake or pizza dough.
Take 2 tablespoons (6 g each) daily to benefit from the effects mentioned above.
