The powder extract capsules contain 500 mg dry extract of red ginseng root. This is a concentrate of red ginseng root powder. The extraction ratio of this dosage form is 3-4:1. (Concentrate in a ratio of approx. 3.5:1, i.e. 3.5 parts of root powder correspond to one part of this powder extract).

With just one 500 mg capsule of dry extract, you take the active ingredients from around 1.7 g of root powder every day. This dry extract contains a ginsenoside content of 14% to 16% (total ginsenosides according to the DAB monograph "ginseng root").
