Recommended dosage:
Take 1 capsule daily with water with a meal. One capsule contains 2.5 mg of monacolin K (from organic red rice).

Red rice* (Monascus purpureus; contains monacolin K), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetarian capsule), anti-caking agent (rice fiber*).
