Daily Intake
Adults: 1 serving (5 g) daily. Mix one level scoop of powder (5 g) with 300 ml of lukewarm water before consumption. The liquid should be consumed immediately after preparation. It is not recommended to consume on an empty stomach. To measure the product, use only the measuring cup included in the package.
