Remifemin MoistCream can be inserted into the vagina with the help of the applicator. To do this, fill the applicator halfway (approx. 2.5 g cream). It should be used once a day - preferably before going to bed (use panty liner if necessary). Applying a small amount of cream around the entrance to the vagina can make it easier to insert the applicator. You can also use the cream without an applicator with clean hands in the outer genital area. A strand of cream 0.5 cm in length is sufficient for this.
