For reducing the swelling of the nasal mucosa in the case of a cold, in attacks of a runny cold (rhinitis vasomotorica) and allergic colds (rhinitis allergica) and to facilitate the drainage of secretions in the case of inflammation of the paranasal sinuses and tube catarrh (closure of the auditory tube due to swelling of the mucous membrane) in connection with a cold.

Warning: Contains benzalkonium chloride, camphor, cineole and levomenthol.
