Bedstraw, dead nettle, goldenrod 50 g each
Robert Franz's kidney tea package includes 1 pack of cleavers (50g), 1 pack of goldenrod (50g) and 1 pack of dead nettle (50g).
Pour 200 ml of boiling water over it and let the tea steep, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Then strain it.
You can of course also make your own tea mixture from the kidney tea package.
