Recommended intake:
10 g once daily (measuring spoon included – one level measuring spoon corresponds to approx. 10 g). Suitable foods to mix with 10 g of Salusan Ortho Collagen Hydrolysate Powder include: 200 ml milk, cocoa or buttermilk, 150 g yogurt, 150 g rice pudding, 1 glass of fruit juice, 150 g applesauce, 1 bowl of soup or stew. For warm dishes, stir the Salusan Ortho Collagen Hydrolysate Powder into the food in the bowl (do not boil!).
