SAM-e capsules
SAM-e contains S-adenosyl methionine (SAM), an active form of the amino acid methionine.
SAM-e is involved in important biochemical reactions in the body and is also relevant, among other things, for the inactivation of histamine.
SAM-e (S-adenosylmethionine) is the active form of the amino acid methionine. SAM-e is hardly found in food, unlike its precursor methionine, from which it is formed in the body. B vitamins and folic acid are needed to form SAM-e. SAM-e is involved in important biochemical reactions in the body.
