Blend of Indian psyllium husks, golden linseed, acacia fiber and plant extracts

Bio Flosaplant contains Indian psyllium husks from the Plantago ovata plant. They contain soluble fiber with high swelling capacity. Another valuable source of fiber is largely natural golden linseed (not deoiled), which is gently milled to improve its swelling capacity. Golden linseed is known for its mucilage-forming fiber content. The acacia fiber additionally incorporated into Bio Flosaplant is obtained from the latex of acacia trees, which is air-dried and then milled. Acacia fiber contains at least 80% soluble fiber. 

Recommended intake:
Twice daily, before or after a meal, add 1 slightly heaped tablespoon (10 g each) to a glass and top up with 200 ml of still water or orange juice. Stir and drink. It's best to follow with another glass of liquid.
