SELEN 200+Taurine+L-Cysteine vegan capsules
The product NatuGena Selenium 200 combines 3 ingredients: 200 μg of selenium per capsule, with particular emphasis on the addition of the amino acids L-cysteine and taurine. Each capsule contains 200 μg of selenium, 130 mg of taurine and 100 mg of L-cysteine.
Recommended dosage:
1 capsule once daily. It is best to consume it at least 30 minutes before, or alternatively 90 minutes after, a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water.
