The skin is our protective barrier against daily stress and is therefore permanently exposed to environmental influences. One consequence can be brittle or fragile skin. An essential component for the water retention and pressure resistance of the connective tissue of the skin is the glycosaminoglycan hyaluronic acid. In the body, hyaluronic acid is produced from the active precursor N-acetyl-glucosamine (NAG). Skin-Fit GPH capsules contain valuable micronutrients such as pycnogenol, green tea extract or N-acetyl-glucosamine, which support healthy skin from within.

INGREDIENTS
Skin-Fit GPH capsules contain N-acetyl-glucosamine (57%); capsule shell: gelatin; colorant in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide; green tea extract (17%), Pycnogenol ^® (3%)

RECOMMENDED USE
Adults: Take 2 x 1 capsule daily with liquid. 1 capsule contains 15 mg Pycnogenol ^® , 16 mg EGCG from green tea extract and 250 mg N-acetyl-glucosamine.

2 capsules contain 30 mg Pycnogenol ^® , 32 mg EGCG from green tea extract and 500 mg N-acetyl-glucosamine. Pycnogenol ^® is a registered trademark of Horphag Research Ltd.
