The Sleep-Fit GPH capsules make a valuable contribution to this with sensibly combined nutrients such as hops and valerian. In addition to important essential oils, the valerian root also contains valerenic acid, trace amounts of valepotriates and amino acids. The most beneficial ingredients in hop cones include resin, proanthocyanidins, phenolic acids, flavonoids and also essential oils.

INGREDIENTS
Sleep-Fit GPH capsules contain filler: mannitol (can have a laxative effect if consumed in excess!); valerian root extract (22%) (valerian extract, maltodextrin, silicon dioxide); capsule shell: gelatin; colorant in the capsule shell: titanium dioxide; Hop flower extract (4%)

RECOMMENDED USE
Adults: 1 - 2 capsules daily approx. 1 hour before going to bed 1 capsule contains 133 mg valerian root extract and 30 mg hop flower extract. 2 capsules contain 266 mg valerian root extract and 60 mg hop flower extract.
