At the end of the 70s, S. Daniel Abraham from Long Beach, California, had a revolutionary product idea with which he completely changed the world of diets. Unsatisfied with the health aspects of conventional diets of the time, S. Daniel Abraham decided to develop his own diet product. The result was a drink with a high protein content that was also rich in minerals and vitamins and was mixed with a little low-fat milk. The result was a nutrient-rich meal replacement. The only thing missing was a name... and when a good friend suggested "SlimFast", the brand was born.

Recommended consumption
How does it work? We've made the SlimFast plan as simple as 3.2.1:
Choose 3 sacks a day (e.g. fruit or vegetables), enjoy 2 SlimFast Shakes and have a meal of up to 600 Kcal (800 Kcal for men).

Also drink at least 2 liters of water a day and try to be physically active for about 30 minutes a day. If your fitness allows, you should increase your activity to 60 minutes a day.
