Dosage instructions and method of administration:

Dosage:
The dosage, method of administration, and duration of use depend on the
specific instructions for the medication dissolved in ASmedic isotonic saline solution.
When using sodium chloride solution as a carrier solution for electrolyte concentrates,
the instructions for the medication being added must be strictly followed.

Method of administration:
For subcutaneous, intramuscular, or intravenous injection.

Overdose and other application errors:
Symptoms of an overdose are:

- Overhydration
- increased sodium and chloride levels in the blood (hypernatremia, hyperchloremia)
- hyperosmolarity
- induction of an acidotic metabolic state

Treatment for overdose:
Stop administering the solution, accelerate elimination via the kidneys, and
reduce the intake of the corresponding electrolytes.

The expiry date of this pack is printed on the ampoule and the outer carton.
Do not use this pack after this date.

Composition:
1 ampoule of 1 ml / 2 ml / 5 ml contains:
Active ingredient: 9 mg / 18 mg / 45 mg sodium chloride

Other ingredient: Water for injection purposes

Molar concentration:
1 ml contains: 0.154 mmol Na + 0.154 mmol Cl, Theoretical osmolarity: 309 mOsm/l

pH value: 4.5 to 7.0

Titration acidity up to pH 7.4: < 0.1 mmol/l
