1. Wash your hands.
2. Take the applicator out of the foil.
3. Shake the contents of the applicator and press towards the tip.
4. Remove the cap by gently twisting the tip of the applicator.
5. Insert the thin part of the applicator into the vagina. This works best when you are in a lying or standing position with one leg raised. Squeeze the entire contents of the applicator out of the thin part of the applicator. Should gel spill, don't worry as there is ample product contained per applicator.
6. Then remove the applicator again and dispose of it in the plastic waste as it can be recycled.
7. Wash your hands.
