With their pleasant and well-tolerated heat, SOS heat plasters effectively relieve pain and relax cramped and stressed muscles. Joint pain and stiffness can also be positively influenced by the soothing heat effect. The flexible heat patches are surrounded by soft, skin-friendly material and contain a mixture of activated charcoal and iron powder that heats up on contact with oxygen. The plasters can be applied specifically to the painful areas and adhere well to the skin. They donate soothing, gentle, natural and even heat for at least 8 hours without irritating the skin. After use, the patches can be easily removed from the skin. The effective deep heat of this heat patch lasts for 8 hours. After the pain is relieved the effect can last for another 8 hours - for up to 16 hours of pain relief. Heat is a proven method for muscle and joint pain. Long-term and deep heat has the property of relaxing cramped muscles. Heat can also relieve symptoms, such as pain and stiffness, of joint problems.

  • The skin at the application site must be dry and clean.
  • Open the sachet with your hand (do not cut it) and remove the heat patch.
  • Peel off the backing of the heat patch and apply the adhesive side of the heat patch to the skin over the painful area.
  • For optimal adhesion, press the patch firmly onto the desired application site, especially on all corners and sides.
  • After opening the sachet, the heat patch activates within 1 minute and warms up within 5 minutes.
  • The heat patch is activated by the air. The sachet should therefore only be opened when the heat patch is to be used.
  • After use, slowly peel off the heat patch.

If used incorrectly, heat patches can lead to burns even at low temperatures. Therefore, follow the instructions for use and monitor the area of ​​application regularly. To avoid risk of burns, allow air to circulate over the heat patch and do not apply pressure, such as lying or sitting on the heat patch or wearing close-fitting clothing over the heat patch. If the heat patch becomes uncomfortably hot or a skin rash develops, stop using the patch immediately.

This heat patch should only be used with careful supervision by people who are unable to remove the patch themselves, such as the elderly or disabled. Do not use the patch on any other part of the body except the back and shoulder area. Do not use the patch if you have menstrual cramps or irritable bowel syndrome.
If you have sensitive or mature skin, stick the patch to your clothing. If symptoms persist or worsen, see a doctor.

in children up to 12 years of age; during sleep; in patients with a tendency to allergic skin reactions to drugs or cosmetics; more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period; at a site where there is redness, inflammation, skin cracking, bruising, or skin irritation; on parts of the body where heat is imperceptible; in connection with creams, rubs, sprays or lotions applied to the skin; in connection with or near other heat sources; in bedridden patients and patients with a tendency to form skin ulcers.

SOS heat patches must not:
burned, kneaded, cut, folded, torn, microwaved, or otherwise attempted to reheat the Heat Patch; come into contact with water or other liquids.

The heat patches are intended for single use and for external use. It is normal to experience a slight reddening of the skin after removing the heat patch. If the skin is still red after a few hours, a heat patch should not be used until the redness has completely gone.

The ingredients may be harmful if swallowed or come into direct contact with skin or eyes: rinse mouth out with water if ingredients are swallowed. In case of direct contact of the ingredients with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with water. In both cases, medical advice should be sought immediately.
