Indications:
Angina (frequently with a tendency toward tonsillar abscesses), otitis media, phlegmons, empyema, mastitis puerperalis, endocarditis, myocarditis, pericarditis, pneumonia, meningitis, osteomyelitis, primary chronic polyarthritis, choreic twitches, grimacing, tics, muscular hypertonia; mental changes such as weak impulses, inattentiveness, desultoriness, irritability, depression, psychotic patterns, hallucinatory psychoses, nightmares, stamping the feet.
