Sucontral ® N capsules supplement the diet with selected micronutrients such as chromium, zinc and vitamins (vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12, vitamin C, vitamin E, and biotin Folic acid). It also contains an extract from the bark of the tea plant "Hintonia latiflora" with a standardized amount of vegetable polyphenols.
1. Sugar metabolism: Chromium helps maintain normal blood sugar levels. Zinc contributes to normal carbohydrate metabolism.
2. Energy metabolism and reduction of tiredness: Vitamins C, B1, B2, B6, B12 and biotin contribute to a normal energy metabolism. The vitamins folic acid, B2, B6 and B12 help reduce tiredness and fatigue.
3. Protection against oxidative stress: Zinc and vitamins C, E and B2 help to protect the cells from oxidative stress.
4. Immune system: Zinc, vitamins B6, B12, C and folic acid contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
5. Eyesight: Zinc and vitamin B2 help maintain normal eyesight.
6. Nervous system: Vitamins B1, B12 and biotin contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

Adults take 1 capsule 3 times a day with a glass of water (100 ml) or tea just before meals. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
