- SYLIMAROL is used in convalescence after a toxic-metabolic liver damage caused by, among others, toxic agents (eg., plant protection products, alcohol), and the digestible food ingestion difficult.
Composition:
1 coated tablet contains: concentrate sylimarynowy seed of milk thistle (Mariani Silybi fructus extractum) containing 35 mg, 70 mg flavonolignans silybin. Silymarin is a complex flavonolignans: silybin, silydiamin and silychristin.
Action:
The hepatoprotective effect of silymarin concentrate is to stabilize liver cell membrane that protect against the harmful effects of toxic substances. The putative mechanism of action, in addition to protecting liver cell membrane, is to enhance the cellular process of protein synthesis, leading to faster recovery and ability to form new cells and anti-oxidative activity.
Indications:
United recovering from toxic-metabolic liver damage caused by, among others, toxic agents (eg., plant protection products, alcohol), and the digestible food ingestion difficult. Adjunct to liver disorders and chronic inflammatory conditions.
Dosage:
Adults and children over 12 years: 3 times daily 2 dragees 35 mg or 70 mg 1 dragee after the meal, unless your doctor tells you otherwise.Efficacy is seen after taking the drug for a long time, the period of 4 weeks in cases of poisoning, for as long as 6 months in chronic cases.After consulting with the doctor, and after severe intoxication can increase the dose to 10 dragees day. The daily minimum dose is 200 mg and the maximum of 400 mg.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to any component.
