SymbioLact B is a dietary supplement containing biotin and a strain of lactic acid-forming bacteria. These bacteria belong to the representatives of the intestinal flora. The bacteria contained in SymbioLact B are freeze-dried. As soon as they come into contact with water, they can absorb it, become active and reproduce. In addition to the lactic acid bacteria, SymbioLact B contains the vitamin biotin (30 μg per sachet). Biotin is a water-soluble vitamin and plays an important role in the metabolism of body cells. Especially very active tissues like the mucous membranes of the body need biotin. The intestinal mucosa is the largest mucous membrane in the body. It regenerates completely every 2-3 days. The bifidobacteria contained in SymbioLact® B are typical representatives of the intestinal flora of the large intestine. They are freeze dried. As soon as they come into contact with water, they can absorb it, become active and develop their positive properties in the digestive tract.
Studies have shown that these bacteria have a positive effect on the frequency, duration and severity of constipation.

Recommended dosage:
