Septolete throat lozenges provide rapid relief for sore throats with a three‑fold action. Each lozenge contains 3 mg benzydaminhydrochloride and 1 mg cetylpyridinium chloride to soothe pain, reduce inflammation and target the underlying infection. The lemon‑elderflower flavour offers a pleasant, sugar‑free taste that is also gluten‑free. Suitable for adults and children from six years old, the dosage is one lozenge every three to six hours, not exceeding three to four lozenges per day. The lozenges dissolve slowly, delivering up to three hours of soothing effect. The packaging supplies sixteen individually wrapped lozenges for convenient use. The formulation is manufactured by TAD Pharma in Cuxhaven, Germany. No artificial colourings or preservatives are added.
