TENDODYN Glucosamine Chondroitin Capsules
The formula offers a comprehensive spectrum of organically bound minerals and high-dose vitamins. Natural vitamin C from camu camu contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of cartilage and tendons. Particularly valuable ingredients include MSM, native type II collagen, hydrolyzed collagen, glucosamine, chondroitin sulfate, and hyaluronic acid.
Recommended intake:
6 capsules once daily. Alternatively, 3 capsules in the morning and 3 at midday. For optimal results, take at least 30 minutes before or 90 minutes after a meal with 250 ml of still, lukewarm water or, optionally, with a teaspoon of Omega-3 oil to increase bioavailability.
