TEVA Vitamin B2 50 tablets

Composition:

1 tablet contains 3 mg of vitamin B2 (riboflavin). Sources of vitamin B2 include liver, kidneys, eggs, milk, yeast, and green parts of vegetables. Vitamin B2 deficiency causes cracked skin on the lips and corners of the mouth, smoothing of the tongue mucosa, seborrheic dermatitis, ingrowth of blood vessels into the cornea, burning eyes, photosensitivity, and anemia. The daily requirement is 1.2-1.8 mg. In children, a lack of riboflavin can lead to impaired growth and psychomotor development. Vitamin B2 Teva is recommended for vitamin B2 deficiency and avitaminosis.

Indications:

Vitamin B2 is indicated for the prevention and treatment of vitamin B2 deficiency and in other situations that increase the body's need for vitamin B2. Such as: infections, fever, burns, diseases of the gastrointestinal tract and biliary tract, hyperthyroidism, chronic stress, pregnancy and breastfeeding, postoperative treatment, as well as anemia and neuropathy. Vitamin B2 can be used as an adjunct to the treatment of cracked corners of the mouth, inflammation of the angular mucosa and redness of the lips, and dermatoses.

Action

: Riboflavin (vitamin B2) plays an important role in redox processes and in the metabolism of carbohydrates and proteins. It is important in processes occurring in the skin and epidermis.

Dosage

- Adults: Prophylactically: 3 mg 1 to 3 times daily; - Therapeutically: 9 mg to 30 mg (3 to 10 tablets) daily, divided into 3 to 5 single doses.

Contraindications:

Do not use this medicine if you are allergic (hypersensitive) to the active substance or any of the other ingredients of Vitaminum B2 Teva.

Side effects:

Yellow urine.
