Groprinosin
Forte is a medicinal product containing the active substance inosine pranobex. It is intended for supportive use in immunocompromised individuals over 1 year of age, for recurrent upper respiratory tract infections, and for the treatment of cold sores and facial herpes. Always use this

This medicine should be taken orally.
The dose is determined by the patient's body weight and the severity of the condition. The daily dose should be divided into equal single doses administered several times a day.
Adults, including the elderly (over 65 years): The recommended daily dose is 50 mg/kg of body weight per day (usually 1 g at a time, i.e., 1 sachet 3-4 times a day). Do not take more than 4 sachets per day.
Children over 1 year of age: The typically recommended dose is 50 mg/kg of body weight daily, administered in several divided doses.
Administration: Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 1/2 cup of lukewarm water, stir, and drink.
Duration of treatment: Treatment duration is usually 5 to 14 days. After symptoms subside, continue treatment for another 1 to 2 days.
Indications
: Groprinosin Forte is indicated for supportive use in immunocompromised individuals, in the case of recurrent upper respiratory tract infections, and in the treatment of cold sores of the lips and face caused by the herpes simplex virus (Herpes simplex) in individuals who have previously been diagnosed with this virus.
