Preparation:
Pour 200 ml of freshly boiled water over the tea bag in a cup and let it steep for 7–10 minutes. The ginger will create a naturally cloudy infusion.
Recommendation:
1-2 cups per day.

Boiling two tea bags in 200 ml of regional organic milk/plant-based drink makes a delicious and beautiful "Golden Milk".
