What is Tyrosur® CareExpert wound gel and what is it used for?
Tyrosur® CareExpert wound gel is a hydrogel that corresponds to the principle of ideally moist wound treatment and thus contributes to the support of the natural wound healing process in the case of superficial skin damage and minor burns (e.g. sunburn).

The ideally moist wound treatment has long been established.
The hydrogel regulates the moisture in the wound, excess wound secretion can drain off and the wound is kept moist, which promotes the healing process.

Tyrosur® CareExpert Wound Gel must not be used if you are hypersensitive to any of the ingredients it contains.
When is particular caution necessary when using Tyrosur® CareExpert wound gel?
When used near the eyes: The gel must not get into the eyes, as this can cause a stinging sensation.
Can Tyrosur® CareExpert Wound Gel be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
In principle, preparations - regardless of whether they are applied to the skin or ingested - should only be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding after consulting a doctor.

Apply Tyrosur® CareExpert wound gel to the affected skin areas several times a day.

What undesirable side effects can Tyrosur® CareExpert wound gel have?
The gel contains propylene glycol and can therefore cause skin irritation. In isolated cases, hypersensitivity reactions can occur.
