Recommended intake:
Take 1-2 drops (25-50 μg vitamin D3) per day, either undiluted or mixed with water, juice, or yogurt with a (fatty) meal. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. This food supplement is not suitable for children under 10 years of age.
