Recommended intake:
Take 1 capsule daily with water at a (fatty) meal. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake. One capsule contains 180 μg of vitamin K2 (240% NRV*).

Rice concentrate (Oryza sativa), vegetarian capsule (pullulan, from fermented cassava starch), vitamin K2.

Note:
Because this product contains vitamin K, it is not suitable for simultaneous use with coumarin derivatives (anticoagulants such as acenocoumarol and phenprocoumon). These medications are also known as vitamin K antagonists, and their effectiveness is reduced by the intake of vitamin K through food and supplements.
