Vitamin D3 is particularly important in the “darker seasons” because vitamin D3 is more than just the sunshine vitamin.
Vitamin K2 is one of the fat-soluble vitamins. It is the optimal supplement to D3 and ensures very high bioavailability.
Recommended use:
Take 2 drops daily with a meal. 2 drops of vitamin D3 oil contain 1,000 IU per drop
