The MITOcare Vitamin C Complex combines both water- and fat-soluble forms of vitamin C with the aim of providing the body with a differentiated and bioactive supply of vitamin C. For this purpose, natural vitamin C from the camu camu plant, buffered, non-acidic vitamin C from magnesium L-ascorbate, and lipophilic (fat-soluble) vitamin C from ascorbyl palmitate powder were used. Vitamin C is an important building block for the immune system1 and also promotes the absorption of numerous other substances. Furthermore, vitamin C contributes to the formation of collagen in connective tissue, thus supporting the function of blood vessels, skin, teeth, gums, bones, and cartilage4. The formula is completed with the valuable amino acids L-proline, L-lysine, and L-threonine.

Recommended intake

Please take 2 capsules twice daily with sufficient liquid. It is best to take them at least 15 minutes before a meal with approximately 200 ml of still water.
