High-quality vitamin D3 combined with vitamin K2. Each tablet contains 125 µg of vitamin D3 (5000 IU) and 100 µg of vitamin K2 (MK-7; all-trans). The recommended intake is every two days. 180 tablets provide long-term use for the whole family.
Recommended intake:
1 tablet every 2 days. Ideally, take with a fatty meal.
