This versatile and high-quality nutrient complex combines a selection of bitter herbs with a rich supply of valuable fiber, including inulin, beta-glucan, konjac and maca root, hemp, artichokes, and acacia fiber. Of particular note is the additional use of nucleotides, a yeast extract rich in ribonucleic acid, as well as human oligosaccharides, all of which are also prominently found in breast milk. The use of a special sugar blend consisting of D-tagatose, isomalt, xylitol, and erythritol, instead of regular sugar, contributes to the maintenance of tooth mineralization ⁶  and simultaneously increases the taste acceptance of the various bitter substances. Furthermore, natural vitamin C from acerola cherries is included and, together with zinc, supports the function of the immune system ⁷  and protects the body's cells from oxidative stress ⁸ . Despite the absence of chemical additives, Flora Total is highly soluble in water and is also suitable for a vegan diet.

Recommended intake: 
In the morning and evening, add 7.5 g each (corresponds to approximately one heaped portion of the enclosed measuring spoon) to 200 ml of warm or cold water, juice, yogurt or muesli, mix or whisk well and consume.
