For a soothing break after sport and exercise. A warm bath with the sports and muscle regeneration bath arnica warms and relaxes the stressed muscles and thus supports regeneration after sport.

Application WELEDA sports and muscle regeneration bath arnica

Shake before use. Add 3 caps to the bathroom with the flowing stream of water and distribute well. After sport/exercise, bathe for 15 - 20 minutes (water temperature 36 - 38 degrees).
