To better understand how much fiber an adult should consume, refer to the German Nutrition Society (DGE). They state that an adult should consume approximately 30 g of fiber per day. This corresponds, for example, to 3 slices of whole-grain bread, 3 potatoes, or 2 portions of fruit. Ingredients: Chicory inulin from chicory root, dextrose, psyllium husks, apricot fruit powder, fully hydrogenated vegetable fat (rapeseed), acidifier citric acid, anti-caking agent silicon dioxide, anti-caking agent magnesium salts of fatty acids. sanotact® Intestinal Active Chewable Tablets are gluten-free, color-free, and free of animal-derived ingredients. Recommended intake: Chew 4 tablets 3 times daily . The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 12 g of chicory inulin (equivalent to 12 tablets). Chicory inulin contributes to normal bowel function by increasing stool frequency. Alternatively, to support an already high-fiber diet, take 6 tablets throughout the day . Chew thoroughly.
