Recommended intake:
Take 1 tablet twice a day with water at mealtimes. If the result is insufficient, the dosage can be temporarily increased to 2 tablets twice a day. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily intake.

Maca (Lepidium peruvianum Chacon), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose [cellulose gel]), Ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera, contains milk), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, hydroxypropyl cellulose), black cohosh extract (Cimicifuga racemosa), French maritime pine bark extract (Pinus pinaster), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), humectant (glycerol).
Note:
If you have (a history of) liver disease, you should refrain from taking black cohosh or consult a doctor if you experience symptoms of liver damage. If you have hyperthyroidism or are taking thyroid medication, consult a doctor before using any ashwagandha supplement. Do not use during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.
