Recommended intake:

Maca (Lepidium peruvianum Chacon), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose [cellulose gel]), Ashwagandha extract (Withania somnifera, contains milk), chaste tree extract (Vitex agnus-castus), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids, hydroxypropylcellulose), glazing agent (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), saffron extract (Crocus sativus), humectant (glycerol).
