Palmitoylethanolamide is a fatty acid amide compound that is produced by our own bodies. PEA is only found in very small amounts in our food. For example, in eggs, meat, fish and offal, as well as in soy and peanuts.
After an initial phase (2 weeks of 4 capsules daily and 1 month of 3 capsules daily), we recommend taking 2 capsules per day in the long term. If the desired effect is no longer achieved, the dosage can be increased again.
