GoTa-DERM thin sterile, 10 cm x 5 cm.
Areas of application:
- For the treatment of stage I-II skin ulcers (pressure ulcers and venous ulcers),
- First- and second-degree burns,
- Secondary dressing for filling material,
- Follow-up dressings after surgical procedures and accidental injuries, e.g., split-thickness skin grafting, wound care after endoscopy, plastic surgery, abrasions (extending into fatty tissue),
- Use as a protective dressing, e.g., for diabetics for normal wound treatment instead of various wound plasters,
- Do not use on very deep bite and puncture wounds, arterial ulcers, or exposed bones and tendons.
Product features:
- The backing material for GoTa-DERM hydrocolloid wound plaster sterile thin foam is a polyurethane foam.
- A pressure-sensitive, permanently adhesive, hypoallergenic adhesive is used (butyl rubber, SIS copolymer, polyisobutylene, synthetic resins).
- The hydrocolloids incorporated into the matrix are carboxymethylcellulose and pectin.
- The plaster is covered with a white siliconized paper for protection.
