The recipe consists of extracts of ginseng, ginger, liquorice root, jujube fruit and four other East Asian medicinal plants in a fixed mixture ratio and is well tolerated and without celandine. The medicinal plants in the recipe complement each other optimally in terms of the effectiveness of the total extract.
The presentation in tablet form makes it easier to take the Japanese medicinal plants: easy to dose and ideal to take with you. You can swallow three tablets with enough liquid three times a day. It is best to use Yamato ® Gast directly with the meal. If you continue to suffer from symptoms after taking it for two weeks, please consult a doctor.

The recommended dose is:
- Take 3 film-coated tablets (the contents of one sachet) 3 times a day between or during meals with sufficient liquid.
- 3 sachets each (corresponding to a daily dose of 9 tablets) are grouped together by means of perforations. A single dose can be separated with it.

- The medicine should not be taken for more than two weeks.

Taking with other medicines
- Interaction studies with other medicinal products have not been carried out.
- It is not recommended to take it with other medicines containing licorice root or with diuretics (water tablets), cardiac glycosides, corticosteroids, stimulant laxatives or other medicines that have an influence on the electrolyte balance.

Warnings and Precautions
- The preparation contains liquorice root. You should therefore avoid products containing licorice while taking it, as the risk of a disruption in the body's water and electrolyte balance (retention of water, hypokalaemia), increased blood pressure or cardiac arrhythmia may increase.
- If you have a known kidney disease, electrolyte imbalance, or cardiovascular disease such as high blood pressure, you should not take the medicine.
- Stop taking and consult a doctor if you develop signs of liver damage (e.g. yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, severe pain in the upper abdomen, loss of appetite).
- The furanocoumarins contained in it can make the skin more sensitive to light and, in connection with UV radiation, lead to skin inflammation. Long sunbathing and intensive UV radiation should therefore be avoided for the duration of the application.
- Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if your symptoms worsen during treatment.
