Internal use for loss of appetite, digestive disorders such as mild spasmodic discomfort in the gastrointestinal tract. Sitz baths for: painful spasmodic conditions of psychovegetative origin in the female pelvis (pelvic pelvic pain).

Dosage:
Unless otherwise prescribed, drink one cup of the following tea infusion three times daily, half an hour before meals to stimulate appetite, and after meals for digestive problems: Pour 1 teaspoonful (approx. 1.5 g) of yarrow herb with boiling water (approx. 150 ml) and strain after 10 to 15 minutes.
The ingredients are derived from the yarrow plant and act as a natural mixture. About the plant itself:
- Appearance: perennial herb with finely pinnate leaves and numerous small white flowers arranged in umbels
- Distribution: Europe, Western Asia
- Main constituents: alkaloids, flavonoids, essential oil
- Plant parts used and preparations: extracts and tinctures from the flowers or the whole herb.
Yarrow has an effect similar to chamomile: it stimulates the appetite, promotes bile flow, and relieves cramps. The essential oils counteract inflammation and bacterial growth.
